Fact Nagar Residential Colony A1-A6, B1-B6, C1-C6, D1-D6, E1-E6.... FACT Nagar is a well organised, neatly planned and developed housing colony in Tripunithura originally developed by FACT Managerial Employees Co-operative Society. Later several FACT owners sold their plot to other eligible people also. Presently most of the plots are converted to residential houses and people live there peacefully, happily. They also formed an association of residents which undertake celebrations during Onam, Christmas, new-year day etc and all the people voluntarily participating in the events too.
