3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1838 as a townhouse. It is identical to its neighbor at No. 26, except for lacking the attic story dormers. The doorway at the top of the stoop is deeply recessed, with a storefront next to it. The building has a central third-floor studio window and a modernized first-floor store, which is occupied by Le Mino Salon.
