Fifteen story, 244,805 sq. ft., office building designed by Rossetti Associates and constructed in 1974

These 15-story buildings were among the earliest constructed on the Fairlane Property. The eastern tower was built in 1971 and the western tower was added in 1973. They are sometimes referred to as "the washer and dryer buildings" or "the salt and pepper shakers" by locals.
