A 14-unit, Historic Landmark Apartment Complex in Ogden, Utah. Constructed in 1910, by Leslie S. Hodgeson as an investment property for David H. and Leticia Peery. After her husband's death, Leticia Peery moved into unit #1 where she lived out the rest of her days, until her death in the 1920's.
The building is now owned and operated by California investor, Steven Mack and is currently undergoing renovations due to the severe mismanagement and neglect of the building from 2005 through 2009.
