Saskatoon head office of RBC Financial (Royal Bank of Canada).

In 1906, merchant James Clinkskill sold the north-east corner lot on which the Royal Bank now stands to the Dominion government for a post office, and built a new store next door. The site of his store is still marked by his name, inlaid in brass in the sidewalk, east of the intersection. Clinkskill was just one step ahead of the railway, which changed hands in 1906, and announced plans to move the station to 21st Street. His general store was suddenly in the heart of town.

The post office was built in 1908 and stood until the 1990s, when it was replaced by the current building.
