  me and my trekking group, last monsoon, around the peak of it,, had successfully circumbulated the entire fort, starting from the odd cave and temple on the top, as u reach top.. it was hell of a route,, the trail which u see is made by villagers who go there to gather honey,, we thought it to be a trek route, after an hour of walking the route ended suddenly,, we then had to cut our way through dense forest , by going bit down first, later for an hour keeping in level with the fort, later going upwards,to meet at an end of a cliff. later after careful descend of few meters,, another honey gatherers route from the other side met at that point,which later took us to same point where we start to circle, thus successfully completing the pradakshina,so if u want to try that, u can,hope u find the route which we made by uprooting karvi plants on our path.its 100% densely covered with clouds in monsoons. in fact ur a level over clouds.so tc. specially of pythons, moths, caterpillars and HONEYBEES!.. happy trekking... www.elitetrekkers.blogspot.com for more pics and route details.
