2-story commercial building completed in 1927. Originally used as a warehouse, it the last several decades it has been occupied by various nightclubs. The current iteration is called Terminal 5, a concert venue and multi-level event site with five distinct room environments. It has a capacity of 3,000 people, opening in 2003 and being renovated in 2009.

The south facade on 55th Street is clad in grey-painted brick on the ground floor and plain concrete on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is separated by narrow brick piers into nine bays, all of which have loading docks with roll-down metal gates, except for the 3rd bay from the east, which two sets of grey metal double-doors. There are no openings on the 2nd floor.

The north facade on 56th Street is clad in black-painted stone and metal. The ground floor has two wide, recessed bays in the middle with, and narrower bays at the ends, all with roll-down metal gates. A black metal canopy cover the ground floor.
