This is a uranium mine. The site is located in south neighborhood of Kirovograd city. The deposit is open with three shafts and is developed to a depth of 700 meters. The mined ore has been preliminary sorted and divided into ore for sale, under conditioned ore or waste rock. Last two types are directed to dump. The total area of dumps is 44.7 ha. The stored rocks volume is about 2.4 million m³.
