At the moment, the project of Le Nouvel has not been officially launched. It is claimed to be worth an estimated of RM1 billion, and will be commenced by the end of 2011 or early 2012. According to the developer, they have got all the green lights from the authorities but they chose not to commence work due to unfavorable current market condition. In terms of pricing, Le Nouvel is estimated to range from RM4 million to RM11 million, about RM2,200 psf. And the developer may sell the buildings for en bloc if they receive good offers.
