    I have lived in Jalvayu Vihar for the last few years and would like to share my Experience as under: Jalvayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurgaon got constructed in 1993-1995 and is almost a 16 -17 year old constructed colony. There is No Powerbackup in the Society and frequent power cuts makes life difficult. The Old Construction is resulting in dampness in walls. During the rainy seasons lots of leaches can be seen moving on walkways. The Newly Constructed Park Centra has made the front gate unusable due to heavy rush during peak hours. The Society is just OK OK type with No Gyms, No Power Backup, No Swimming facilities, No Proper Club. Now a days lots of flats are being rented to bachelors than Families.

    I agree with manoj . i am a permanent resident of this place . Earlier it was a v good locality but now it has turned into hell. People living here are doing lot of illegal const in the society which is hampering the structure of building. And the worst part is tht the office bearers of the society are also involved in same. On papers they have given notices for others and themselves have extended thier homes illegally.PLEASE DO NOT THINK OF INVESTING IN THIS SOCIETY. i am regerting after 17 yrs. i was one of the the first few residents to shift here.

    I would say this is most under-rated society across gurgaon. Location, facilities, surroundings around this society... 31 market, huda city center, 29 market, gymkhana club, Unitech offices, 32nd milestone.. upcoming appu ghar... what else you want in such cost ?? Than the best about it is... Bang on NH8... Guys! Apply your mind... safegaurd from rumors!

    Flats are antique, doors and windows are hanging, full of garbage smell, mice and red ants (Without opening my biscuit, bread and Maggie packet, it was whole empty), they would be your bed partner, original owner are not interested in own flat because they have suffered and having own levis lifestyle and making money and enjoying in full furnished lifestyle, they know people who will come here, don’t have time to understand, what is making good or bad while they are staying here, till the time they will come to know, they will be ordered by society policies or transferred by company job. As usual from the president of the society notice (Every time when election held and new management come with new kind of notice- this time here you go) - you are not allowed park car inside the society, if you or your landlord does not have or allotted parking slot, better park your car outside of the society and being like/ I mean tenant go to antique piece (If compromised) whatsoever because your time is over now let come new tenant and let it go. I would like to say you, I planned to buy one flat here but after going through all above circumstances, and then planned to buy new flat (instead of paying rent which is lesser than that- EMI) by own hard earn money to live here and I am proud owner here in Gurgaon even if I have planned to relocate anywhere (Globally). Society management and flats owner now come to know SEZ area has been declared and make money from the employee who are working here but they don’t know they are smart enough and know don’t waste money in garbage. They know SEZ is also declared in some other area and investing money over there and employees are much smarter than these retire, money making and old thinking (as old as their property). No one can build dream house in 2bhk 600 sq feet and 750 sq feet 3 bhk flat.

    I am planning to move in with my family in jalvayu vihar area but after reading these comments, I am in worried. Can anyone give review about power backup, water supply and roof leakges
