Mallapura is located on brink of Thunga Bhadra River(near to Kudli). Mallapura is one of the major village in Shimoga dist, where you can think about the culture, Unity of people, Beautiful Nature. In this village, there is two ancient temples one is Sri Malleshwara temple another one is Sri Parvatham temple. In terms of agricultural production in Areca nut Mallapura is the main contribution across the district.
