Home of the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science.The 309,000 sq. ft.building was designed by IKOY partnerships and was awarded through a national competition. It represents a departure from existing architecture styles on campus. Instead of brick and concrete being used as the visible structure of the building, glass and metal were used. Groundbreaking for this building took place in April 1985, with completion in 1988. This building represents a new movement towards a neo-modern architectural style.
