  • Penang housing ministry is really poor in house planning. This housing estate is built by IOI, with highrise condo on the top hill, this shouldn't be allowed.
  • not recommended, the beauty and serenity of the housing estate have been detroyed by the 4 blocks of Regency height.. stupid IOI project, stupid Penang government.
