  • Mangroove in Manakudy estuary first planted by the Friend of Nature Dr. A. Deva Shobana Raj and his beloved students from the Nature club of Scott Christian College. S. Jeeva botany student (1997)from puthalam village helped a lot in planting and he create awareness among the people with his brothers and friends about its importance in sustainable environment.
