Kamanpur is a Village (also Mandal Head Quarters) located between Pedapalli and Manthani in Karimnagar district. The place is well known for its famous(natural) ADI VARAHASWAMI TEMPLE, one of the very few temples of this kind in AP. The only other is in Tirupathi.

  • This is one of the best villages known for the lord ADIVARAHA SWAMY a swayambhu statue on a stone which is increasing day by day, who ever comes here and prays visit the place again for repaying their MOKKU of 116 coconuts, all the sorrows griefs problems will be solved once making the darshan of the load

  • dated:27th of feb 2012.i welcome this leap year. i am native of kamanpur, i like kamanpur because it has a peaceful atmosphere. i studied till tenth standard in kamanpur and then i did my intermediate in NARAYANA hyderabad and right now i am pursuing my AME and BAE, in bagalore. i allways go back to my home during my holidays to KAMANPUR. i wish my mom and dad that they are fine in my village. hope to see u soon my dear parents Mrs & Mr MOHAMMED KHAN. regards ur son meharaj ahmed khan (aamer).
  • this day of 27th feb 2012, i would like to tell u that am proud of kamanpur because i was brought up in kamanpur by my parents mr&mrs mohammed khan who have worked hard for me to bring me up to this stage so in return i would serve my parents and the village people in my profession as a doctor. am currently pursuing my physiotherapy in hyderabad. soon i will serve my people at kamanpur. ok bye to my dear parents. i even thank my principal ravinder sir for helping us to become good students at SWAMI VIVEKANANDA HIGH SCHOOL.   • we went to visit the place of varahaswamy temple yesterday ie 8-10-2013.i was wondered after seeing the temple .i thought that is actual god. .It is very wonder place. We felt that real god blessed us.
