Building B Atruim

Building B's indoor storage and warehousing space was augmented by two railroad tracks running through the interior of the building and under the coverage of a glass skylight. With the tracks offering space for 50 freight cars, the indoor operations were able to offload ammunition, stores and other materials in all weather and making the best use of natural light possible. Three overhead cranes were also constructed within the building to aid in the stroage of different types of materials taken from the railcars.
