  My mother comes from Bulia. People who come from this village are known as "tanimedremedre" because they are not afraid of anything and can break all barriers. The most famous of all the villagers is Buddy but he has a problem with hearing because of free diving in the deep blue seas of the Great Astrolabe Waters. Veitalia me rawa ga na sucuwalu.

  isa, i went to this village in 2007 to do land survey for vuro island...stayed at jack house...the villages were very nice...but they are swines when it's time for the vanua(grog)...qai tauvu tale..i remember buddy, his older brother was the turaga-ni-koro at that time..(4got his name)...we(survey crew) were accommodated by BULA and his wife..isa i heared from somebody that she died...R.I.P my tau.....don't know about BULA if his still alive...o BULA qori mate na yagona nona dakai ena bula tuga...my tau...had a great time and a very tiring one too, surveying that Vuro island..guess what..we burned Birdland island (YABU ISLAND)...SORRY MY TAU....i didn't actually light it but my tau from Ra did...ha ha ha...can't talk..ei!!!...we ended the work in two weeks...we spent fathers day there...wuuuuu...the fish of all different shapes and sizes...and it was lovelly....u know we ate fish and pork everyday coz one man from Narikoso village was there to get rid of wild pigs who was rampaging on there farms...me vakachi vuaka.. veisiga ika kei na vuaka na buta tu me vakayakavi...isa u reading this from Buliya island..qai loloma yani vei Buddy,nona brother n BULA..(kevaka se bula)...dua tale ga na yalewa ya...au sa guilecava na yacana...sa bau matai saraga okoya na....o.k...moce mada...

  bula every one....im from buliya in the beautiful province of kadavu....im 15 ys old...attending nasinu secondary school..the last tym i went to buliya wen i was in class 7..i went wif my cousins and guardiance...we spent our christmas and new year there....its a quietly a beautiful island that i ever went to...well my mother is from apia in he beautiful country of samoa...hahahahah i knw its kinda interesting that one man from buliya is married to one lady from samoa......uhhmmm yeah thats it...vinaka vakalevu...talofalafa
