The business block starts developing in 1993 and a first building completed, Artha Graha Building, 30 storey high office building, opened in 1995. The block is currently is developing while infrastructures have been completed around 1995. The business park occupy 45-hectare of land which formerly a slum neighbourhood, with lands divided into 25 lots/parcels. 13-hectare of the complex are allocated for road and parking lot, so the actual land area eligible to build buildings there are 32 hectares.
