The West River Community Center is an 80,000 square foot facility built with plenty of modern amenitites and a "western edge" design that blends with the landscape of southwestern North Dakota. The program areas were designed to achieve not only a visual connection between spaces, but an openness that allows users to feel a sense of community. The facility maximizes the use of natural light by way of large windows. Designed with the philosophy that community centers should entertain, educate and promote health and well-being.
