This is the largest park in Toronto and a great place to go jogging.
There is also great Shakespeare in the Park in the summer.
High Park also has a large off-leash area for dog walking/playing.

  • The park was used as training grounds for infantry during WWI.
  • Biking is fun too, whether you stick to the paths or take it offroad :)
  • An ancient spring was also found in the park a few years ago - the water apparently takes thousands of years to make its way down from Lake Superior.
  • Watch yourself there at night, I knew a GUY who got raped there some years ago by a gang of some sort.
  • Of all the parks I've been too, this one's my favorite.
