  To, The Concern Department Head, NMMT, Turbhe Depot. Navi Mumbai. Subject: Irresponsible Bus Conductor from Route no: 8, who misguided the passengers. Respected Sir, This is to bring to your kind notification dated: 05th March, 2012, IST 09:15 am, the Bus Route no: 11 was off to make a move to its destination to Vashi Depot via MIDC – Rabale , after the conductor boarded the bus he misguided the passengers by saying that the bus is route no 8 , not route no 11 , in a Hush –Bush all the passengers got down , while in a few seconds of time another Driver from Route no 8 , came searching for the particular conductor and took him away by saying us he boarded the wrong bus for ticketing. This was sickening, as we commuters keep on waiting for long time for the route no: 11, and after boarding the conductor misguided us what’s the use of being utilizing the facility of NMMT? We even noticed that the counter had very bad eyesight, as he was not able to detect the currency what it said; a 10 Rupee note or a Twenty Rupee note. In this misguidance we even missed the bus, later IST 9:30 AM route no: 11 were utilized by us to foldaway destination. The complaint was even being made to the CIDCO Thane (w) Depot Incharge {Starter}. The batch number of the irresponsible, faulty eyesight conductor was noted as: 87146; route no: 8, IST 0915 AM. Requesting you Sir to please take some action at the most primitive juncture, so that we commuters are not being misguided in future. Looking out for a positive retort at the earliest.
