Finished in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004 this 32-storey, 460,000 sq. ft., tower rises 122 m above the intersection of Burrard and Dunsmuir. A striking feature of its modernism-style is a facade of concrete and jet-black reflective glass. The regional HQ of the Bank of Montreal is a major anchor tennant, bestowing the unofficial name of 'BMO Tower' to the structure.
