  This housing board colony is also known as Jyothi Nagar.it's one of the most beautiful residential colony in india.Here we r having 2 play grounds.We have got an allottee's association which deals with the common aminities of this colony.Most of the residents in this colony are doctors,due to that reason this colony is known as doctor's colony.This colony is located in between the private bus stand and K.S.R.T.C bus stand ie.in the heart of south chalakudy.Colony is lies near the NH 47.
