Lord Anjaneya (Hanuman Maharaj) Temple was constructed in CT which is about 3 kilo meters from this village and 4 kilometers from Dornakal. This Thanda people constructed this temple between 1997 - 2000. Gugulothu Gholya naik was the initiator for this construction. And then He formed a team along with his sun-in-law Banoth Pandu Naik, his brother son Changa Naik Gugulothu, Venkatram Naik Gugulothu. They visited to each and every village near by CT and explained about their initiation and asked for their help. And finally within 3 years they constructed this temple. I am Ramesh Gugulothu from USA son of Sri. Gugulothu Gholya Naik, witness of this temple trusty hard work to construct this temple. As I can't write each and every one’s name that helped the trustee to construct this temple, I would like thank each and every person’s contribution on this temple construction and maintenance.
CT gave an IPS officer to the country and I am proud to say that I am his younger brother. In 80s there was no proper commuting system to this village and even there was no power system. People used to use Kerosene lamps during nights and Late Sri. Yathiraja Rao made the TDP government to sanction power to this village along with several villages near to this village. Also slowly public commuting system introduced to this village. Prior to this people used to walk about 4 to 5 kilometers to avail public transportations.
My Father (Sri. Gugulothu Gholya Naik) and Mother (Smt. Salamma Banoth) struggled a lot to give education to 5 children and now we all settled well. And now all the families inspired with the dedication of my parents on settling us and they started sending their children to schools. Now I see lot of graduates from my village and students in IITs, Universities for pursuing their graduation & Post graduation. And few are already settled in good position in government and private sectors.
