The Home Association of Tampa is a residential elder-care facility, the first of its kind to be built in the Tampa area. Also known as the "Old People's Home", the 4.5 acre facility, with large, 2-story, Colonial Revival style building with massive portico on the main facade, was established in 1924 in the V.M Ybor neighborhood within Greater Ybor City. The building was designed by noted local architects Frank A. Winn, Jr., who designed several area historic structures, as well as A.H. Johnson and others. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 17, 2000.

The facility has 86 individual units, 79 - one bedroom units, 4 - two bedroom units, and 3 – three bedroom units. In addition there are three large parlors used for entertainment such as games, exercise, movies and other social events. There is also a large dinning room with full kitchen facilities.
