St. James House of Prayer Episcopal Church, also known as the Episcopal House of Prayer, is an active Episcopal parish and historic church building in Tampa, Florida, USA. It is located at 2708 Central Avenue in the city's Tampa Heights neighborhood. The church campus includes the historic main building and several newer support buildings, including space for a day-care which operates on the premises.

St. James House of Prayer was formed in 1997 by the merger of St. James Episcopal Church and the House of Prayer Episcopal Church.

On February 21, 1991, the church building was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The structure is also a contributing property within the Tampa Heights Historic District, a U.S. and Local Historic District. Additionally, it has been designated a Local Landmark Structure by the city of Tampa.
