After public hearings in 2023, the territory of the Danilovsky Construction Plant was allocated for redevelopment.

History of the plant
1893: Founded by private owner Ptitsyn as the Danilovsky Alabaster Plant, producing construction gypsum.
1917: Nationalized and incorporated into «Mossilikat.»
1939: Came under the jurisdiction of the Mossovet (Moscow Council).
World War II: Produced goods essential for the country’s defense.
Postwar era: Focused on construction and medical gypsum production. In 1957, began manufacturing gypsum fiber partition panels.
1960: Started producing prefabricated sanitary units for housing construction. Approximately 700,000 units were delivered to construction sites in Moscow.
1966: Renamed the Danilovsky Cabin Manufacturing Plant.
1993: Became an open joint-stock company.
1998: Operated as a public joint-stock company.
