3-story theater/commercial building completed in 1968. Designed by Irving Kudroff as a theater, studio and store, it has a concrete facade with no openings, painted orange-brown with vertical beige stripes, above a red metal-and-glass storefront. The south facade above the neighboring building is a hodgepodge of various painted brick and stucco. There are two bays of small windows, and a metal railing at the roof line.

The building houses the small 777 Theatre on the upper floors, and Gray Line Tours on the ground floor, which operates open roof bus tours, river boat trips, helicopter flights, and private city car tours.
