The oldest and most revered of all buildings, it originally hosted classrooms for students. Today, it is home to the office of the Upper School Vice Principal, Head of Business Department, two conference rooms and the school's library. In recent years the building has undergone renovations headed by the Manning's Past Students' Association's Kingston and New York chapters. In the late 1980's the roof suffered dammage from a fire that broke out on the building. The Thomas Manning Building is a major landmark in Savanna la mar.
