The home of Building Technology (formerly Wood Work), Metal Tech and since 2008 Plumbing (Ms. Roxanne Miller is the first teacher to fill this new discipline at Manning's). The northern side of the block was added during the mid 1990's and houses two classrooms, Technical Drawing, Electronic Engineering and Spanish labs.
