A privately owned, public, general aviation airport. Aviation facilities include a lighted, 3500x75ft asphalt runway, full FBO services with 100LL and Jet-A, hangar, tie-downs, maintenance, and pilot shop. There is also a busy FAA part 141 flight school as well, flying Cessna 152's, 172's, Piper Seneca, and a Fly-It Simulator. Also on the grounds is a 28 room motel and a public swim club, with an airplane shaped pool, large deck area with full bar, covered patio area, horseshoe pits and volleyball court, and a large grass area for sunning.
The airport and the adjacent Golden Pheasant Golf Course are co-owned.
