Main house of the city estate of A. E. Zamyatin, later S. M. Tretyakov from the beginning of the 19th century by architect A. S. Kaminksy.

S. M. Tretyakov, brother of the founder of the picture gallery died in 1892 and the house was acquired by merchant banker and manufacturer, Pavel Ryabushinsky.

After 1917 for a short time the Revolutionary Tribunal was located here.

Today the Russian Cultural Council is located here.

The building has been declared an object of cultural significance.
