Historic building constructed in 1921 as the headquarters of the Bank of Italy, forerunner of the Bank of America. An office building known for many years as Giannini Place, it was converted in 2017 to The NoMad Los Angeles Hotel, which closed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel reopened as Hotel Per La in 2022.
