  • Doom Dooma College was first started in the building known as Old Planters Club Building provided by Hoonlall Group of Companies, and Late Jogen Deka along with Mr. Robin Choudhury and Mr. Lall Chand Agarwalla (Head of Hoonlall Group of Industries) took first step to start the said College at Doom Dooma ; hich was laer shifted to Rupai Siding on the land provided by Govt of Assam in exchange with then Doom Dooma Tea Limited
