A restored AM radio station owned by the California Radio Historical Society. The Art Deco station building was completed in November 1938. The radio station scenes from "American Graffiti" with Richard Dreyfuss and Wolfman Jack were filmed here.

It now houses the transmitters for AM stations KEAR 610 and KVTO 1400.
