Newly renovated, charming self-contained guest cottage in Old Town Niagara on the lake. The adress is 428 Simcoe Street. The cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens and scented with it's many roses. There is a secluded garden in back, with patio furniture and barbeque.

Our cottage contains one bedroom with queen size en-suite and access to patio garden. Bathroom is equipped also with a washer and dryer. Full size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker and much more. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa-bed, two love seats, cable TV/DVD, air-conditioned and cathedral ceilings throughout.
there is W5 Internet available for those who come with a lap top.

The property is walking distance to restaurants, shops and theaters. It is 0.7 kilometers to town center. The cottage is smoke free and children are welcomed.

Our one bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. One bedroom with queen size bed and armoire, ensuite bathroom and access to garden. Living room can accommodate the two other guests on a comfortable pull-out sofa-bed. A fireplace is in the living room.
