Former regional headquarters and development centre of Hewlett Packard corporation. Closed 2009 due to "downsizing" (read: "mass layoff") and subsequent relocation to their former office on Mill Plain and NE 164th. Purchased by Shin-Etsu Handotai (SEH) Limited in late 2009 for expansion of its existing Vancouver-area operations. As of January 2013, the HP company credit union is the only part of the office still operating at this location.

As of April 2013, a portion of the building and site is being considered by the Evergreen School District for use as a temporary campus for Crestline Elementary School during the 2013/2014 term, as the new school at the official NE Crestline Road campus undergoes construction during that period.
