  • near Howell, UT? It is near Logan, UT. Probably 10-12 miles to the south. I promise you all 759 residents do their shopping in Logan. The other three "nearby cities" mentioned are over 50 miles away. If you are going that far you might as well go all the way into Salt Lake. Howell isn't even a destination, it is one-tenth the size of Paradise. Maybe what you mean is that the citizens of Howell might travel into Paradise to shop? NOT!
