Located on the corner of Gogolevsky Bulvar and a lane, this two-story mansion with wing on the right side is an excellent example of architecture from the eclectic period of the late 19th century. It belonged to E. M. Alekseev and was designed in 1884 by the architect Dmitri N. Chichagov with later additions and modifications by Adolf Erikson in 1898-1908.
