A Huge retirement community in Clearwater. The "X"s you see are actually 2-3 story apartment buildings with little strange facade's on them. Some look eastern (mosque-like) and some asian... they're all basically the same with little tweaks to make them unique.

  • too bad you gotta be old, because it's the only affordable place in CLW w/o crappy schools.
  • Street names are all themed after countries, like Norwegian Dr, Ecuadorian Way, Denmark St, etc. Unincorporated county area, has not been annexed into the city of Clearwater (10-31-11)
