The City of Capitals is two skyscrapers and a multifunctional complex under construction, located on plot 9 in the International Business Center Moscow City in Moscow is completed in last quarter of 2008. One skyscraper, Moscow Tower is 306 meters in height and the tallest in Europe, the second skyscrapers, St.-Petersburg Tower is 255 meters in height.

10,800 square meters of top floors are taken up for an entertainment complex (restaurants & Cinemas), 2,480 square meters for a fitness center, 10,000 square meters for shops and presentation halls, 80,000 square meters (17th and 18th floor of both towers) for office suites and 101,440 square meters for apartments. Parking place for 2000 vehicles is reserved.

Complex "Capitals City," symbolizing Moscow and St.Petersburg, is located on Parcel 9.
