McNab Park, an enclave of residential development surrounded by industrial and airport land was originally developed as military housing for pilots and their families when the Saskatoon Airport doubled as an RCAF base. It had been used for low-cost housing since the 1960s.

The community eventually disappeared and the land was redeveloped as the Aero Green Business Park.
