Large neighborhood in Cypress, Texas. It was developed by the Friendswood Development Company, a subsidiary of Exxon (though Exxon sold off Friendswood Development Company in the mid-1990s, it retained Fairfield until they sold it back to the spin-off in 2014). In addition to subdivisions one or two streets deep, there is also a large outlet mall and a number of stores.
