The Charles Blair Macdonald estate designed by F. Burrall Hoffman Jr. c. 1913, original landscaping by Rose Standish Nichols and Annette Hoyt Flanders. 22,000sq ft Georgian manor currently on 35 acres. Macdonald was a stockbroker in Chicago, then in New York, the first U.S. Amateur golf champion, and went on to become a prolific golf course architect, and a founder of the USGA.

It is currently owned by Michael Bloomberg.
