This 12-story office building began its existence in 1934 as the McCann Building. Developer Paul Kossman purchased it in 1955, and in 1969 gave it a makeover and humbly renamed it the Kossman Building. The building became Town Place in 2008, coinciding with renovation work and the addition of Gold's Gym.
