  • WARNING: As a problem with a lot of holy people, the pundits at this temple literally empty your pockets when you go there. People, please be warned. When u visit this temple, make sure u carry only the 5 bucks required as entry fee. The priests here are greedy and make you empty your wallets here in the name of the Lord. I had to shell out about 800 bucks here!!! We had unknowingly taken a lot of cash with us and you cannot even lie in the temple of god. Either don't carry any money with you or else flatly refuse to pay up and pay one lump sum of 101 bucks at the end of the round whihc the pundits will take you on.
  • Ya it maybe your experience, but you should be aware of. Its a story of every temple, but if your concentration is in worshiping god you will not face any such problem. No body is taking out money from your pocket without your permission, and on any wrong act you can take action at any second. In this place you can entry with Rs1.00 also pray God and come out , no body can stop you, if God wants you to visit him.
  • I being the resident of Jammu have faced this problem.Its one place where assertiveness is a much required trait.Just say NO. Happy visiting Jammu.
  • I am completely agree with Nachiketa. The entire temple is under army security so if you face any such problem you can any time approach them also.
  • My dear friends avoiding this things and saying no is not the ultimate solution!!! I m from Calcutta and visited Jammu twice the sitution was same in this tample. Unknowingly I left my money vallet , along with my purse to army security, and you will not belive that the Priest didnot put the KUMKUM on my forhead as I could not give him money. On the other hand he was worshiping for more then five minutes for the people, who gave them Ten, Fifty, Hundred rupees onword..... Their behaviors are also very bad!!! This things spoils total worshiping mood, even normal Mood, So my Dear Dear friend how can one Concentrate! specially on Worshiping.
  • NEVER VISIT THIS PALACE.THIS IS LOOT GHAR,LOOT GHAR....LOOT GHAR ....LOOTGHAR. LOOTGHAR KE ANDER CHOR BATHE HEIN. PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS LOOT GHAR.LOOT GHAR. I VISITED TIHS LOOT GHAR ON 09-05-2009. COMPLETLY LOOT GHAR. AFTER MAA VAISHNO DEVI DEVI DHARSHAN ONLY VISIT REGHUNATH BAZAR BUT DO NOT ENTER BY MISTAKE IN REGHUNATH MANDIR (LOOT GHAR)
  • Many People comes to this place because this place is very famous in jammu and it is situated in middle of jammu. My first experience is very bad here. Here priest are very hungry for money. They play with human feeling's or you can say astha.
