This entire building was renovated a couple years ago. Unfortunately, the committee* who wrote the specifications for the renovation forgot that the entire point of renovating facilities is that they should be at least as safe and useful afterward as they were before.

*Bear in mind that the entire point of forming a committee is to supply sufficient stupidity when the stupidity of one person won't suffice.
