  GCE and Nilokheri Polytechnic became Punjab Polytechnic Nilokheri 1958 ? Them Harayana polytechnic Niloheri Then Govt. Polytechnic Nilokheri Name what you the Politicians want It is,will remain a WORSHIP Place for me,beginning of Engineering. I was in this place 1958-1961 and visited again in March 2009,oh what a change in standard of living.
