Nike Missile Site WA-10L

This Hercules missile site was built (with WA-50) to protect Walker AFB (Roswell Industrial Air Center). Both sites were activated with men and equipment in April, 1960, but were inactivated two months later. They were never declared operational. What a great (mis)use of tax dollars!
