Formerly known as pandalayil, "ettukettu" well known for cultural musician late sri Kesava panicker and Sri Ramakrishna kurup lived in this house in the early sixties. This was the one of the oldest house in that area and have created well known artiste in and temple music and classical music vocal.The present generation Satheesh babu pandalayil ALIAS Sathi resides in this ancestral house with his mother and a music teacher of old times Smt.Rajamma.
